Week 4--Elder Andrews
Hello family,
We are doing good in Bel Air. Our March is looking really good. The people we were preparing for baptism for this last week in February didn't work out, but we are still really excited to go out there and work because we just keep finding amazing people for March!
Elder Andrews is doing really good. I love being with him. He was very excited for the change in missionary communication because it means he can actually talk to his family every week. I am really happy for him for that. He's excited to do that.
I have a testimony of contacting people where you're at. We were in a certain part of our area looking for where a member had recently moved to, and we just couldn't find her, so we talked to someone walking down the track we were on. It turned out that he was someone I had seen at church the past little while, but I had never really talked to him before. We found out that he was not a member, but that he wanted to be a part of the church. On Sunday, after church, we went by him and started teaching him, and we invited him to be baptized, and he said yes. He was excited, and I know that the Lord directed our paths that one day to collide so that we could be able to finally meet this wonderful young man.
A spiritual experience I had this week was going to teach a referral from a sister in our branch. He is her nephew, and it turns out that he has come to church the past two weeks already. When we went by to teach him, he told us that he has another aunt who lives in Canada who has been inviting him to come to church and to read the Book of Mormon. Apparently, she calls him like 5 times a week to see if he's been reading the Book of Mormon. It was a great first lesson, and he expressed the desire to be baptized when we invited him. Then, we were able to go by yesterday, and he said that he had prayed about the Book of Mormon, and he got a "glowing feeling" that was hard to explain. I know he felt the Holy Ghost, and he is really excited about all he is learning.

Week 81--Bel Air, Guyana
Week 3--Elder Andrews
Hello family,
This week was a great one. President and Sister Baird flew in this week, and they were able to come to our baptism on Saturday! We will be having zone conference this week.
Our area is doing great. Sister Onessa got baptized this week. She was so ready, and her family even came to the baptism. It was really great.
I really love being with Elder Andrews. We're enjoying being here. Elder Andrews is a very hard worker, and that is something I really appreciate about him. I am grateful for all I am learning from him.
I have a testimony of reaching out to our fellow members. We visited a sweet sister and her family this week who haven't been to church in a month or so because of something that was offensive. They were all pretty sad, and they were just really struggling. We listened to them, and invited them to church, and a few days later, we were able to go do some service for them. The next day, they came back to church, and they looked so much happier. I know that as we reach out, we can help the lost sheep come back into the fold.
My spiritual experiences this week:
1. A mother and her daughter came to church for the first time this week, and they loved it. They really want to be baptized, and they live very close to the church.
2. After going to a return appointment with a man we met, the whole lesson, he kept bringing the subject back to baptism. He really wants to be baptized and change his life. He accepted a baptismal date.
3. Onessa's baptism was a very spiritual experience. She has come such a far way to get where she is now, and she is going to be a huge example for her family.

Week 80--Bel Air, Guyana
Week 2--Elder Andrews
Hello family,
I've had a good week this week. It's been raining more consistently here for the past week, so the temperature has been real nice.
I am so grateful to be here in Bel Air. I am really excited for this area in the coming future. Our investigator, Onessa, passed her baptismal interview, and she was at church on Sunday. She's excited for her baptism this Saturday. We were also able to see one of our newer investigators come to church for the first time, and she loved it. She is preparing for baptism later this month.
I love being with Elder Andrews. I have a lot of respect for him. He works so hard, and I just love being able to work with him every day. We are doing really well, and I just want to be able to learn as much as I can from him.
I have a testimony of having a desire to fill the pipeline and to baptize. Earlier this week, I was a little worried because after our baptism that will happen this Saturday, I couldn't really think of who was preparing to be baptized next. We had had a lot of people on date, but they were brand new on date, and I wasn't sure how solid they were. As we worked hard throughout the week, and as I kept that in mind, I noticed how the Lord answered my prayer that we could keep going and progressing, because He has helped us to see some of our other investigators start progressing towards solid baptismal dates.
A spiritual experience I had this week was in teaching Onessa. She always asks the best questions at the beginning of our lessons. A few weeks ago, she asked when church was on Sundays, and this week, she asked us when the baptism was going to be on Saturday so that she could see one before she gets baptized this Saturday. It was a really early baptism, but she was there! She really has changed so much, and it is so good to be able to see her make those changes.

Week 79--Bel Air, Guyana
Week 1--Elder Andrews
Hello family,
We are doing great here in Bel Air. Angeline and Ranella got baptized and confirmed this week! It was really amazing, and it went just so well. They are feeling really good right now. Our investigator who is preparing for the 9th of February was at church on Sunday, and she is progressing really well.
I really like being with Elder Andrews so far. He just jumped right into the work here. The pace has not slackened, and that makes me so happy. He is a really great missionary. I'm excited to work with him some more.
I have a testimony of patience. Sometimes, there is just a lot of things that go on at once, and sometimes you feel like there is just so much that you have to do some days. In my personal studies this week, I have felt that the Lord is trying to remind me to be patient. Sometimes, we get to do everything we want to do in a day, and sometimes we don't, but I know that the Lord is happy with the effort we give. Even when we need to wait on someone or we need to just wait for blessings to come, it's worth it, and I know that the Lord knows way more than I do.
A spiritual experience I had this week was at Angeline and Ranella's baptism. We were riding our bikes to the church 30 minutes before the baptism, and right before we got there, they passed us in a taxi, waving at us. They were able to come with their mom and their little brother. Then, the baptismal service went so well, and after their baptism, they both got up to bear their testimonies. It was just so nice to be able to hear them bear their testimonies. They are growing in the gospel so much, and I'm so grateful for how much Jesus Christ can change us.
